The exclusive home cinema and luxurious lounge were developed by us using the latest virtual reality technology to perfectly coordinate design and acoustics.
VR makes it possible to optimize room configurations in a virtual environment even before construction work begins. The result is a tailor-made space that meets the highest standards both visually and acoustically.

Home cinema in oriental style
This exclusive home cinema and the adjoining lounge area have been specially designed for the more discerning customer and offer a perfect symbiosis of state-of-the-art technology and opulent design. Every detail has been developed with the aim of creating an exceptional and immersive cinema experience that meets the high expectations of each region.
The home theater combines state-of-the-art AV technology with bespoke, handcrafted components that guarantee a top-class cinema experience. Ultra-high-definition image reproduction, a perfectly tuned sound system and innovative lighting technologies ensure that every movie can be experienced in breathtaking quality. The materials used, such as fine leather, high-quality carpets with a 3D structure and the acoustic fabric coverings manufactured in-house, reflect the luxurious standard and create an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication.
The fabric design was also created especially for this room by our graphics team, produced on our in-house textile machines and then made to measure.
Visitors can also experience other designs and room sizes using VR technology.

An opulent sofa landscape and tailor-made in-wall applications – such as illuminated natural stone elements – invite you to relax and linger, while soft light sources and elegant decorations create a calm, stylish atmosphere.
High-quality loudspeakers and a finely tuned sound system ensure crystal-clear sound quality that immerses our room in a harmonious soundscape. Whether for relaxing background music or sophisticated audio playback, the acoustics are perfectly matched to the room design.
